Welcome to Sharon Springs Recreation Baseball 2019 Spring Season

Sharon Springs is an excellent place to play baseball.We are excited to begin the 2019 season.This page will provide you with the general details and dates for the upcoming season.


Registration is expected to open 11/10/2018.Registration closes Jan 20th.   Due to High School tryouts, we will extend registration for this age group until Friday Jan 25th.

  1. 1/12 10 am to 1 pm - On-site registration at the SSAA building located at the rear of Sharon Springs Park
  2. 1/20 - Registration closes
  3. 2/9 - Academy Day
  4. 2/10 - SSAA Coaches Meeting
  5. 2/17 - Team Coordinator Meeting
  6. 2/18 - Recreation Baseball practice begins
  7. 3/9 - Picture Day
  8. 3/13 - Game Schedules Announced
  9. 3/16 - Rec Baseball games begin
  10. 3/30-4/7 - Spring Break (No Rec Games)
  11. 5/17-5/23 - Postseason tournament for all rec baseball teams

Getting Involved as a Coach

Interested in coaching?No experience is needed, just a positive attitude and a love for the kids and the game.If you are interested in volunteering please complete the coach’s application and background check form.Coaches Page

Need a little push to volunteer?$75 will be credited back to head coaches.

Professional Services
We are excited to continue to offer professional services to continue to upgrade our brand of baseball at Sharon Springs. Position clinics, team support from local high schools, and other highly qualified coaching in our area will be part of Sharon Springs program this year.  More details will be sent to all registered players.   Howie McCann of Windward Baseball will be part of our program again this year.
