NO CAGE RESERVATIONS ENTERED (REGARDLESS OF RESERVATION TIMES) BETWEEN APRIL 17 AND APRIL 23 WILL BE MADE. I WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO RESERVE CAGES. ALL RESERVATIONS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE BY APRIL 17 ARE LISTED. I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO LAST MINUTE REQUEST THIS WEEK.
PLEASE TRY AND MAKE CAGE RESERVATIONS ON THE HOUR. IT ALLOWS FOR MORE TEAMS ON A GIVEN NIGHT. (Reserve at 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm). The half hour time slots were added to assist blocking cages out for games.
Cages are numbered left to right to correspond to the field numbers. Upper Cages are 1-4, lower cages are now 5-8 and JV are 1-3.
Upper Cage 1 is for Softball reservations which are made through the softball commissioner.
Cages guidelines for games. For baseball one cage is reserved for each field beginning one hour before the game (i.e. games on upper field 2 have cage 2, games on field 5 have lower cage 5). Home team gets the cage for 30 minutes one hour prior to the game and visiting team gets the cage for the second 30 minutes. These time slots are highlighted in RED on the cage page.
NO RESERVATIONS MAY BE MADE WHERE THE SLOT IS IN RED.
Sunday cages are for Sunday Select, travel practices and scheduled games.
If any guidelines are violated, the reservation will be deleted. (Travel ball and Sunday Select have separate guidelines).
Guidelines on reserving for baseball.
Rec. teams may schedule one hour cage per week in addition to game slots. JV cages are reserved for practices until the preseason tournament.
Travel teams may schedule two cages for one hour each week in addition to games.
SS is designated as Sharon Springs and JV is designated as JV. Cage numbers correspond to field numbers.
Requests for the following week must be in by Wednesday. Cages are reserved only one week in advance. (Reservation request can include the two following Sundays). Sundays are for travel and all-stars only. We will try and have cage requests for the following week listed on the Friday before.
Please indicate and alternative time. You will NOT receive a confirming email. If a cage is not available for either of your requested times, you will receive and email. You will need to check back on the site to see your time and cage number.
Check the available slot before requesting.
