REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE ONLY ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE. REQUEST WILL BE REVIEWED WEEK BY WEEK.
Request use this sheet AFTER rec. Season Begins which is the PRESEASON TOURNAMENT.

PRACTICE REQUEST PROCEDURE
REQUEST CAN ONLY BE MADE FOR OPEN SPOTS AT SHARON SPRINGS ON MONDAYS, FRIDAYS OR SATURDAYS AND MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY AT JV. NO TEAM MAY HAVE MORE THAN 3 MEETINGS A WEEK.
NOTE: SSP9, SSP10 & JV4 are football fields and cannot be reserved.
NOTE: No Sunday practices will be made available!

1. Coach checks practice schedule at ssaa-kids.com for open slots.
2. Head Coach fills in this form
3. Head Coach provides all of the information in the fields below
a. Team number – Head Coach’s name
b. Date/time of request slot
c. Head Coach’s phone number
4. Request should be in no later than the Friday before the requested slot. (ex: If requested slot is on Wed. 3/31, request should be in on Fri. 3/26. If requested slot is on Sat. 3/27, request should be in on Fri. 3/19)
5. Requests will be processed in the order they are received. Emails are stamped with date and time.
6. Clayton will respond by email no later than the next Monday morning (depending on amount of requests). Remember he works nights and weekends and may not be in until the afternoons.
7. NO PHONE CALLS. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE EMAILED!
